GRAND LAUNCHING

A celebration of culture, unity, abundance, and the enduring spirit of the people of Barangay Bayo Grande has officially come to life!

We, the Barangay Officials of Bayo Grande headed by Punong Barangay Efraem Sanducal Alfane, extends our appreciation and gratitude for the successful approval of the resolution and collective efforts, this meaningful celebration became possible, creating a platform to honor our agricultural heritage, promote local culture, and strengthen community unity.

With immense gratitude and appreciation, we honor the visionary leader behind the remarkable success of the Dagsa-Ani Festival 2026 β€” Sir Jasper Jason S. Ceballos, Senior High School English Teacher II of Barasanan National High School and a Licensed Professional Host.

A man of passion, creativity, and dedication, he served as the Festival Director and was the principal author of the ordinance that established this historic celebration. His invaluable contributions extended far beyond leadership as he passionately fulfilled multiple roles as:

🌾 Festival Director🌾 Ordinance Author🌾 Scriptwriter🌾 Music Composer🌾 Dance Choreographer🌾 Event Organizer🌾 Program Host🌾 Trainer and Mentor of Performers and Staff

Through countless hours of planning, rehearsals, creativity, and unwavering commitment, he transformed a vision into an extraordinary reality. His firm leadership, high standards, and relentless pursuit of excellence inspired every performer, volunteer, and organizer to give their very best, resulting in a festival that showcased the pride, culture, and identity of Barangay Bayo Grande.

Indeed, his dedication, talent, and passion became the driving force behind the success of this historic Grand Launching, making him one of the key architects of the Dagsa-Ani Festival's legacy.
