Barangay Balibago Continues to Shine Among the 33 Barangays of Angeles City!

With immense pride and gratitude, we congratulate the entire Barangay Balibago community for another remarkable milestone as we are officially recognized as one of the Seven (7) Nominees of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Angeles City for the prestigious Building Excellence in Service and Transparency (BEST) Award.

This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to good governance, transparency, accountability, and excellent public service under the leadership of Punong Barangay Hon. Joseph “PG” Ponce and the Sangguniang Barangay.

Adding to this achievement, Barangay Balibago has also emerged victorious in the City Nutrition Program Assessment, earning the honor of representing Angeles City at the Regional Level Competition. This accomplishment reflects our dedication to promoting health, nutrition, and the overall well-being of our constituents.

These milestones affirm that Barangay Balibago remains one of the leading barangays in Angeles City, consistently setting standards in governance, public service, community development, and people-centered programs.

Isang Bagong Kabanata ng Serbisyong may Puso para sa ating mga Senior Citizens! ☀️👵👴

Ngayong araw, matagumpay na isinagawa ang isang Snap Election para sa mga bagong mamumuno sa Balibago Senior Citizens Council (BSCC).

Gusto po nating ipaabot ang ating pinakamainit na pagbati sa lahat ng mga bagong halal na opisyal ng BSCC! Ang inyong kahandaang magsilbi ay isang malaking inspirasyon sa buong komunidad. Kasama ang gabay at suporta ng ating Punong Barangay, Kap. PG Ponce, at ng buong Sangguniang Barangay, alam nating mas magiging makulay, aktibo, at puno ng kalinga ang mga programa para sa ating mga mahal na Lolo at Lola sa Balibago.

Makaaasa po kayo sa walang sawang pag-alalay ng ating pamunuan upang mas mapaganda pa ang mga serbisyong nakalaan para sa inyo. Ipagpatuloy natin ang pagkakaisa para sa mas masiglang kinabukasan ng ating mga nakatatanda!
