When he stepped through the doors, finished with months of commitment and healing at the reformation center, the first thing he saw were their small, waiting faces. For so long, addiction had built walls between them—missed birthdays, broken promises, distance that felt impossible to cross. Today those walls came down.

It was quiet at first, eyes meeting through happy tears, then the rush of small arms wrapping tight around him. In that embrace, there was relief for lost time, gratitude for second chances, and the gentle certainty that healing isn’t just one person’s journey—it’s the whole family finding their way back together.

This reunion is proof that recovery isn’t only about leaving old habits behind; it’s about reclaiming love, trust, and the precious bonds that give life meaning. He returns not just as a recovered individual, but as a father ready to show up, to listen, and to build a new, steady life rooted in presence and care.

The Angeles City Anti Drug Abuse Council in coordination with PNP Station 5 headed by PSSg. MEG FRANCISCO, CCADU Focal Person PEMS Maricel Cabigas, and the leadership of Hon. THELMA INDIONGCO BRGY. ADMIN, BRGY SECRETARY LEA QUIAMBAO of Barangay CUTCUT , Ex-O and barangay purok leaders , successfully conducted a Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) meeting in support of the sustainability of the barangay's Drug-Cleared Status.

The meeting focused on strengthening the implementation of anti-illegal drug programs, reinforcing the roles and responsibilities of BADAC members, and ensuring the continuous compliance with the requirements for maintaining the Drug-Cleared Status. Discussions also emphasized collaboration among local officials, law enforcement agencies, and community stakeholders to sustain a safe, drug-free, and resilient community.

This activity reflects the unwavering commitment of the ACADAC Team, PNP Station 5, CCADU, and the Barangay Local Government Unit of CUTCUT in promoting effective governance, community participation, and the long-term success of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program.
