𝐁𝐍𝐀 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 📣

The Barangay Government of Ninoy Aquino in cooperation with Angeles City Health Office will conduct Anti-Dengue Misting Operations on September 8–9, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM, as part of the barangay’s continuing efforts to prevent and control dengue cases in the community.

The operation will cover Riviera, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 9th Streets.

Residents, particularly food vendors and business establishments, are advised to properly cover and secure food, drinking water, cooking utensils, and other exposed items. Children and pets should also be kept away from the immediate area while misting is being conducted, and everyone is advised to avoid direct exposure to the mist during application.

The Barangay encourages everyone to cooperate and continue practicing dengue prevention measures, especially by eliminating stagnant water and keeping surroundings clean.

Last August 22, Barangay Ninoy Aquino, under the leadership of Kap. JT Halili, continued its weekly cleanup efforts as part of the OplanKALYEnisan, a comprehensive street-clearing and sanitation initiative aimed at promoting safer and cleaner public spaces.

The street sweepers, purok leaders, barangay staff and volunteers were assisted by Kag. Ricardo Agapito Jr, head of Committee on Clean and Green, and Kag. Rosario Manaloto.

This is pursuant to Department of Interior and Local Government Memorandum Circular 2019-09 instructing LGUs to conduct weekly drive relative to Manila Bay Rehabilitation and and Preservation program.

More and more residents are now joining the movement — proving that through unity and action, we can achieve a cleaner and more progressive barangay.

In view of the forecast of severe rainfall and the continuing threat of heavy rains over the province including Angeles City, the Local Government, announces the suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools, in Angeles City on Friday, September 4, 2026.

The decision was made as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our learners and teachers.

Parents and guardians are advised to keep children safe and continue to monitor official advisories from their respective schools and the City Government of Angeles.

The public is likewise encouraged to remain vigilant, avoid crossing flooded roads and waterways, and follow instructions from authorities.

Let us continue to look after one another and remain alert & prepared.

Mga ka-Angeleños, sa oras ng pagpost na ito, may pag-ulan sa ilang bahagi ng ating lungsod. Nauunawaan natin ang concerns ng mga parents, students, at mga teachers. Kaya naman, hindi tumitigil ang Lokal na Pamahalaan sa pamamagitan ng Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO) at Command Center sa pagmomonitor ng lagay ng panahon at mga posibleng banta sa ating lungsod.

Patuloy din nating binabantayan ang Tropical Storm Pilandok. Batay sa pinakahuling bulletin ng PAGASA, nananatili itong malayo sa kalupaan ng Pilipinas at inaasahang lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) sa mga susunod na oras. Kasabay nito, patuloy pa ring minomonitor ang epekto ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat, na siyang maaaring magdala ng mga pag-ulan sa ilang bahagi ng Luzon.

Mahalaga ang ganitong empowerment ng bawat paaralan na gumawa ng desisyon ayon sa aktuwal na kalagayan ng kanilang mga estudyante, g**o, at personnel. Hindi kailangang pare-pareho ang tugon kung magkakaiba ang sitwasyon sa bawat lugar.
