The Angadanan Water District (ANGWAD) was created by virtue of Presidential Decree 198 or the so called "Provincial Water Works" Act of 1073"
The Angadanan Water District was established on December 5, 1986 with Conditional Certificate of Conformance (CCC) No. 278 issued on January 15, 1987. The Municipality of Angadanan has no existing water system, thus the residents obtain daily water needs from government drilled deep wells and privately owned deep wells.
VISION
The Angadanan Water District as a Domestic Water Service of Abundant & Crystal Clear water envision itself to grow & become Financially viable to extend as much as possible services to the majority of the whole Barangays of Angadanan.
MISSION
Our Mission is to provide the most basic need of the people by giving them abindant, affordable POTABLE WATER where everybody in the community can avail in TWENTY FOUR HOUR ROUND THE CLOCK BASIS SERVICES (24/7).
HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICES OF ANGWAD:
1. NEW CONNECTION:
· Interview & filling-up of application form
· Conduct actual survey & inspection for possible location & estimate cost of materials needed for the new service connections.
· Verifies & recompute estimated cost of materials
· Prepare the application & water service contract from the verified detailed cost of materials.
· Pay the estimated cost of materials & registration fee to Cashier
· Takes action for the installation of Service Connection
2. RECONNECTION
· Acknowledge & records client's request for reconnection
· Verifies record of client's acount whether it is with or without arrears
· Pay to the Cashier the reconnection fee & arrearages
· Prepares & issue service request for reconnectio & make schedule for reconnection.
· Sign service request & implement reconnection
3. TRANSFER/RELOCATION OF SERVICE CONNECTION:
· Acknowledge Client's request & instruct the Plumber to inspect the place of relocation/transfer of service connection.
· Verifies/recompute estimated cost of materials
· Pay to the Cashier the estimated cost of materials
· Receives/record & prepare service request & instruct the Plumber for the transfer/relocation.
4. SERVICE CONNECTION LEAK REPAIR (MINOR & MAJOR REPAIR):
· Request for laek repair of service connection
· Acknowledge & instruct the Plumber to inspect the said leak
· Sign service request & conduct the necessary repair
5. PAYING YOUR WATER BILLS:
· Present your Notice of Billing (water bill) to the cashier
· Verify the Notice of payment & issue Official Receipt
6. METER READING:
· Meter Reading book and Price list
· Issues Notice of Billing & submit Meter Reading Materials to the Office.
