The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) will conduct National ID (PhilSys) Mobile Registration in selected barangays of Allen to make registration more accessible to residents who have not yet registered for the National ID.

Venue: Barangay Hall
Time: Starting at 9:00 AM
Residents may visit any of the scheduled barangay halls regardless of which barangay they are from. They may choose the date and venue most convenient for them.
Requirements
A. Children aged 0โ4 years old
Only two requirements are needed:
โข Birth Certificate of the child or Certificate of Barangay Residency if the Certificate of Live Birth is not yet available
โข National ID of the accompanying adult (parent, grandparent, or legal guardian), either paper or digital
B. Individuals aged 5 years old and above
Bring any of the following:
โข Birth Certificate registered at the municipality
โข Any valid ID such as Barangay ID, Voterโs ID, TIN ID, Driverโs License, and others
โข If no ID is available, a Barangay Certification may be presented
C. For those who have already registered
Those who need to retrieve their Transaction Slip or claim their National ID in paper form may also visit the registration site.
For faster processing, registrants are advised to wear a plain T-shirt and remove earrings, necklaces, and other accessories before registration.
