There were moments during this journey when our hands shook, our heart raced, and we questioned if we were ready to lead. Yet every step, every decision, and every effort we gave reminded us why we chose this path: to serve, to make a difference, and to leave a mark that matters. Leadership, I realized, isnโt about being on top itโs about showing up even when itโs hard, and giving your best when no one is watching.
