Implement the provisions of the Municipal Environment Code of Alicia, Isabela (Ordinance No. 2011-028). Front-line in the delivery of services concerning the environment and natural resources. Implement standards, rules, and regulations to govern the approval of plans and specification of abatement of odor, noise pollution, and other nuisance and the issuance of certi

ficate/clearances; inspection for compliance. Issue, renew, or deny permit clearances, under such conditions as it may determine reasonable, for the prevention of and statement of pollution, for the discharge of odor, noise pollution, and other nuisance complained of.
