๐ฃ BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADVISORY | COMMUNITY UPDATE
Dear Valued HHOAI Members,
The Board of Directors (BOD) would like to inform all members of an important policy regarding the substitution of delinquent/default and inactive members.
๐ BOARD APPROVAL IS REQUIRED
Effective immediately, all substitute applicants for delinquent/default and inactive members must first be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors before any endorsement or processing can take place.
๐ For members who have signed a Waiver:
All proposed substitutions shall be:

Thoroughly discussed
โ
Carefully deliberated
โ
Officially approved by the Board of Directors through a Board Resolution
๐ค Major Qualifications for Substitute Members:
๐ Residency and/or Employment
โข Must be residing in or working within Alegria, Surigao del Norte.
๐ No Existing Residential Property
โข Must have no existing lot or residential property, supported by a Certification from the Municipal Assessor's Office.
๐ฐ Financial Capacity
โข Must have a reasonable and stable source of income to meet financial obligations, including:
โ๏ธ SHFC Monthly Amortization
โ๏ธ Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI)
โ๏ธ HHOAI Membership Dues
โ๏ธ Other association obligations
๐ค Active Participation
โข Must be willing and committed to actively participate in HHOAI meetings, community activities, and programs.
โ๏ธ These policies are intended to promote fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsible homeownership, while ensuring that the objectives of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) are faithfully observed.
๐ We respectfully request everyone's cooperation and understanding as we continue to build a stronger, more responsible, and more united HHOAI community.
