𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 (NSED)

The Municipality of Albuera, through the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) actively participated in the First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen disaster preparedness and raise awareness on proper safety measures during earthquakes.

Participants practiced the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and other safety protocols to ensure that everyone is prepared and knows how to respond effectively in the event of an earthquake.

This activity aims to promote a culture of preparedness and resilience within the community, reminding everyone that preparedness saves lives.
