1. 2% - if you have less than 5 referral success withdrawal request.
2. 5% - if you have less than 10 referral success withdrawal request.
3. 10% - if you have less than 15 referral success withdrawal request.
4. 15% - if you have less than 20 referral success withdrawal request.
5. 20% - if you have less than 25 referral success withdrawal request.
6. 25% - if you have 25 or more referral success withdrawal request.
