2026 SPES AND PROJECT ABOT-ARAL SELECTION RESULTS AND TRANSPARENCY
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Spring, Alabel, Sarangani Province, officially announces the results of the selection process for the 2026 Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) and Project Abot-Aral.
On October 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the application and interview session was conducted at the Barangay Hall Covered Court, under the deliberation of Hon. Judy Maque and Hon. Roham Maulana.
To ensure that the available program slots are awarded to deserving and qualified students, a COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT CRITERIA SYSTEM was implemented to evaluate applicants based on established indicators. The assessment aimed to provide a systematic, objective, and fair basis for determining the beneficiaries of both programs.
Each application underwent careful evaluation, taking into consideration the prescribed assessment criteria and the applicants' respective scores. In particular, the evaluation process recognized the importance of household financial need in determining eligibility and prioritizing applicants who would benefit most from the assistance.
Following the completion of the assessment, evaluation, and deliberation, the final ranking of applicants was established in accordance with the applicable selection criteria and tie-breaking procedure.
Based on the final assessment and ranking, the qualified applicants were identified for the following programs:

The selection was based on the final ranking and the designated allocation of slots for each program.
