Through Sulong Sarangani, we emphasized convergence and continuity of good programs and engaged our citizens in dialogue to hear of their needs directly. Even with the government’s limited financial resources and with little internal revenue, we were able to converge and significantly multiply resources by capturing outside funding and directing it towards communities.
