Reiteration on the Implementation of Investigative Directive (ID) No 2020-02 PNP Online Complaint Desk "e-Reklamo"

On March 10, 2022 at about 4:41 in the afternoon,PLT HUBERT R ANINAO,ACOP reiterated to all personnel of this station to intensify the Implementation of Investigative Directive (ID) No. 2022-02 PNP Online Complaint Desk "e-Reklamo". ACOP directed all personnel of this station to promote the use of "e-Reklamo" and instructed the desk officer to adhere to the guidelines in receiving and processing of complaints. Activity ended with meaningful result.
