Provincial Resolution No. 590-2026, entitled Amending Rule IV, Section 6(a) of the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 12' Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pangasinan (2025-2028)"
2. Indorsement from the Municipal Tricycle Operators Permit Regulatory Board (MTOPRB) forwarding the two (2) applications for Tricycle Franchise in the Municipality of Aguilar, for appropriate action
3. Letter from Hon. Mayor Kristal S. Ballesteros-Soriano requesting for the adoption of a Resolution regarding the temporary closure of Zamuco St., Barangay Poblacion, this municipality from May 26, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in connection with the rehabilitation/renovation of the dry section of the Municipal Public Market and designating the same as the temporary relocation site of the affected vendors.
4. Letter from Hon. Mayor Kristal S. Ballesteros-Soriano requesting for the adoption of a Resolution authorizing her to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the Local Government of Aguilar, Pangasinan, the Memorandum of Agreement with BDO Network Bank Inc., for provision of a Salary Loan Program to qualified employees of the local government.
5. Letter from Hon. Mayor Kristal S. Ballesteros-Soriano requesting for the adoption of a Resolution authorizing Municipal Vice-Mayor Hon. Jesus M. Zamuco Jr. and Municipal Treasurer Ms. Noreen
S. Zamuco to open a trust account at the Land Bank of the Philippines Mangatarem Branch intended for the Aguilar Scholarship and Educational Assistance Program Fund.
6. Letter from Hon. Mayor Kristal S. Ballesteros-Soriano requesting for the adoption of a Resolution authorizing her to enter into and sign, for and in behalf of the Local Government Unit of Aguilar, Pangasinan, the Memorandum of Agreement (Tripartite Agreement) with the Department of Health Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-DTRC) Dagupan represented by Dr. Rosalina N.
Caoile, Medical Center Chief Il and with Parole and Probation Administration (PPA) Regional Office I represented by Dir. Allan B. Alcala, Regional Director regarding the establishment of the Patient Navigation System (PNS) for the treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration of Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) in the municipality.
