FYI || Registration for Kasalang Bayan 2025 is now open until January 24, 2025.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH APPLICANTS:
- COMMUNITY TAX CERTIFICATE (Cedula) of current year 2024
- VALID IDENTIFICATION (ID) as proof of identity and residency (ANY GOV'T. ISSUED ID)
- Attend PRE-MARRIAGE ORIENTATION/PMO for all couples (Schedule: Every Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM at DSWD Office and RHU Bldg.)
- Attend PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING/PMC and/or submit Certificate of PMC for couples aged 18 to 25 years old
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
FOR MALE APPLICANT
- Birth Certificate (PSA Copy or CTC from LCRO)
- Consent duly signed by father (for applicants 18-20 y/o)
- Advice Upon Intended Marriage duly signed by both parents (for applicants 21 -24 yo)
- If FOREIGNER, submit Certificate of No Legal Impediment to Contract Marriage and Divorce Paper, if applicable
- If WIDOWER, submit the Death Certificate of wife
- If ANNULLED, Submit Court Decree, CTC of annotated Marriage Certificate and Judicial Decree of Annulment
- CENOMAR (issued free, funded by LGU)
FOR FEMALE APPLICANT
- Birth Certificate (PSA Copy or CTC from LCRO)
- Consent duly signed by father (for applicants 18-20 y/o)
- Advice Upon Intended Marriage duly signed by both parents (for applicants 21 - 24 y/o)
