ACTIVE SHOOTING INCIDENT AND ANTI-BULLYING AWARENESS SYMPOSIUM

On September 17, 2026, personnel of Agno Police Station under the supervision of PMAJ NOERALYN R TAMAYO, OIC, conducted lecture regarding Active Shooter incident and Anti Bullying awareness symposium to the teachers and students of Cayungnan Elementary School.

During the activity, the participants were provided with important information and awareness regarding Active Shooter Incident Preparedness, including the proper safety measures and appropriate actions to take during an active threat situation. The discussion also focused on Anti-Bullying, emphasizing the prevention of bullying, its adverse effects on students, and the importance of reporting incidents to teachers, school authorities, or the proper authorities.

The activity aimed to enhance the awareness, preparedness, and safety consciousness of the school community, as well as to promote a safe, secure, and bullying-free learning envirnment. The participants actively participated in the discussion and were encouraged to practice vigilance, cooperation, and proper coordination with school authorities and law enforcement personnel in addressing safety and security concerns within the school.

On September 13, 2026, personnel of Agno Police Station, under the supervision of PMAJ NOERALYN R TAMAYO, OIC, conducted Oplan Bandillo at the Agno Public Market, Agno, Pangasinan during the Market Day, focusing on anti-theft, anti-robbery, and anti-hold-up awareness.

During the activity, police personnel provided safety tips to vendors, customers, and market-goers, emphasizing the importance of securing personal belongings, being vigilant of their surroundings, and immediately reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to the police.

The activity aimed to enhance public awareness and strengthen preventive measures against theft, robbery, and hold-up incidents within the area.

DEPOSITED FIREARM

At about 9:24 AM of September 11, One (1) Male, 64 years old, retired coastguard, widower, and a resident Agno, Pangasinan voluntarily deposited to this station a one (1) PISTOL/ARMSCOR , caliber.45, with serial number 813319 , together with one (1) magazine and seven (7) pcs of live ammunition ,Expiry date April 19, 2026. Said deposit was made as a result of the continuing efforts under OPLAN KATOK in accounting for and addressing illegal and loose fi****ms within the municipality.

Further, said firearm is now under the custody of FESAGS PNCO of this station.
