What a beautiful and empowering month it has been. 💜✨

As we officially end our 2026 National Women’s Month Celebration, our hearts are full as we look back on every meaningful moment we shared together. From the Kick-Off Ceremony, exciting sports activities, bazaar, free beauty services for women, the Observance of National Girl Child Week and IEC on Child-Focused Laws, to the closing, awarding, and recognition of inspiring women each activity became a celebration of strength, unity, and womanhood.

This month was more than just a series of events it was a reminder of the power of women when they come together to uplift, inspire, and support one another. Every smile captured, every story shared, every young girl empowered, and every woman recognized reflected courage, resilience, beauty, and leadership.🌸

Through every activity, we witnessed how women continue to lead with wisdom, compassion, and purpose truly living this year’s theme, “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”
Though March may be ending, the spirit of this celebration will continue to live in our hearts and in our community. May the lessons, memories, and inspiration we gained this month remind us that empowered women empower communities.

Here’s to all the women who continue to lead, serve, nurture, and inspire every single day. 💜✨

Happy Girl Child Week!

Nakikiisa ang Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Aglipay, Quirino sa ika-30 pagdiriwang ng Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week. Sa temang: “Katawan Ko, Karapatan Ko: Edukasyon Tungo sa Malaya at Ligtas na Pagpapasya,” patuloy nating isinusulong ang kamalayan, proteksyon, at pagbibigay-lakas sa bawat batang babae upang magkaroon ng boses, kaalaman, at kakayahang magpasya para sa sarili.

Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang isang lipunang ligtas, pantay, at may paggalang sa karapatan ng bawat batang babae.

Mabuhay ang batang babaeng Filipina!💜💜

March 15, 2026, Sunday, the International Organization for Migration IOM, a Non-Governmental Organization provided financial assistance and Non-food items to 600 affected families during the typhoon UWAN. The activity was graced by the Honorable Mayor Jerry T. Agsalda with the North Luzon IOM Coordinator Mr. Dario Cubelo and company. This assistance includes a Shelter fixing kit, shelter grade tarpaulin, solar lamps and financial aid to fix their damaged houses, rebuilt and regain their dignity, help them to become more resilient to disasters.

1st Quarter SPISC Pay-out successfully received by beneficiaries through a face to face, authorization representative and door to door delivery. Our sincere gratitude to the support and participation of all concerned officials from the Local Chief Executive Hon. Mayor Jerry T. Agsalda, Barangay officials though their Barangay Captains, Federation of Senior Citizens, OSCA, and DSWD RO2, your cooperation and commitment ensured that we delivered the services efficiently to the vulnerable especially the elderly.

Ang pag re-rehistro sa BBMS (Basta Beripikado, Mabilis ang Serbisyo) ay WALANG-BAYAD, kahit sino pwedeng mag access sa Link, hindi kailangang pumunta sa Computer Shop para mag register, Hindi din po kailangang mag Print at mag Laminate ng QR Code para sa nasabing Registration...I-scan lamang po ang Link na ito para mag register...

Dapat tandaan:
- Kailangan lang may National ID or PhilSys ID bago mag rehistro sa BBMS..
- Dapat present din ang taong ire-register dahil may Face Verification during registration
- After successful registration, screen shot lang pwede na. Hindi kailangang magpa print or magpa laminate.
- PSA or DSWD na ang mag access sa system kung verified na ang isang Senior
-Kung hindi po mka access sa registration. huwag na pong problemahin. Hindi po yan ang dahilan para hindi makuha ang Social Pension.

PABATID SA PUBLIKO📣

Simula Abril 1, 2026, ang Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) o National ID na ang kikilalaning pangunahing ID ng DSWD sa payout ng Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens.

Ang mga benepisyaryong wala pang National ID ay hinihikayat na magparehistro sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). Magkakaroon din ng PhilSys registration tuwing payout para mapadali ang pagpaparehistro ng ating mga senior citizens.

Pupuntahan naman ng PSA ang mga bedridden na benepisyaryo para sila ay irehistro.

Women’s Month Kick-Off Ceremony 2026 💜
