Good morning! We have received information from OCD-CAR that the water level at Kabugao, Apayao is above critical. In view of this, may we advise Local DRRMOs of Abulug, Pamplona, Sanchez Mira, Claveria and other downstream LGUs to take precautionary measures, conduct immediate evacuation of residents along riverbanks and low lying areas.

Further, may we request our uniformed personnel to coordinate with your respective LGUs regarding actions to be undertaken regarding this event.

It was an incredible journey filled with moments of inspiration, learning, and joy, and we couldn't have done it without your supports and cooperation.
