KAUNA-UNAHANG CONGRESSMAN'S CUP BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT SA ABORLAN, PORMAL NANG NAGBUKAS
Handang-handa na ang mga kabataan mula sa labing walong barangay para ipakita ang kanilang galing sa larong basketball para sa 1st Congressman Ed Hagedorn Cup Inter Barangay Basketball event sa bayan ng Aborlan.
Laking tuwa ng mga manlalaro na nasa high school at college na magpapasakop sa liga dahil rubberized flooring na ang covered court ng munisipyo at ang dating basketball board na kahoy ay gawa na sa fiberglass dahil sa sa pagtutulungan nina Mayor Jaime Ortega, Vice Mayor Biboy Madeja, Board Member Jun Ortega at mga opisyales.
Naniniwala tayo na malaki ang papel ng sports sa pag-unlad ng mga kabataan sa ating Distrito kaya't suportado natin ang proyektong ito ng LGU. Ang patimpalak para sa mga mananalo ay ang sumusunod: Champion - P100,000, 1st Runner Up - P60,000, 2nd Runner Up- P40,000 at 3rd Runner Up - P20,000. Kalahati sa mga papremyo ay mapupunta sa mga proyekto upang makatulong sa kani-kanilang mga barangay.
Ang Congressman's Cup ay umpisa pa lamang sa ating pagbibigay saya at sigla sa mga aktibidad ng PASKUHAN SA ABORLAN.
