เมื่อวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน 2569 นายการ์โลส เฮร์มัน เอากุสโต อาเมซากา โรดริเกซ อธิบดีกรมการทูตวัฒนธรรม กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเปรู ได้เข้าพบนายเกษม สายลือนาม อุปทูตฯ ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เพื่อแนะนำตัว รวมทั้งหารือลู่ทางในการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ไทย-เปรูในทุกมิติ โดยเฉพาะด้านการค้า การลงทุน วิชาการและวัฒนธรรม ก่อนที่ตนจะเดินทางไปรับหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐเปรูประจำประเทศไทยคนใหม่ ทั้งนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2569 คณะรัฐมนตรีได้มีมติให้ความเห็นชอบต่อการแต่งตั้งนายโรดริเกซฯ ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งสืบแทนนางสาวเซซิเลีย ซูนิลดา กาลาร์เรตา บาซัน

On 4 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Carlos Germán Augusto Amézaga Rodríguez, Director-General for Cultural Diplomacy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru, met with Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d'affaires a.i., at the Royal Thai Embassy in Lima.
The meeting served as an introductory visit and provided both sides with an opportunity to discuss ways to further enhance Thailand–Peru relations in all dimensions, including trade, investment, academic cooperation, and cultural exchanges, prior to Mr. Rodríguez’s assumption of duties as the new Ambassador of Peru to Thailand. On 26 May 2026, the Thai Cabinet approved the appointment of Mr. Rodríguez as Ambassador of Peru to Thailand, succeeding H.E. Ms. Cecilia Zunildá Galarreta Bazán.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิมา จัดพิธีถวายพระพรชัยมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๔ รอบ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี วันที่ ๓ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๙

เมื่อวันที่ ๒ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๙ เวลา ๑๑.๐๐ - ๑๑.๓๐ น. นายเกษม สายลือนาม อุปทูตฯ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิมา เป็นประธานในพิธีถวายพระพรชัยมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๔ รอบ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี วันที่ ๓ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๙ ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีข้าราชการ คู่สมรส เจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และชาวไทยที่พำนักอยู่ในสาธารณรัฐเปรูเข้าร่วมพิธี

ในโอกาสนี้ อุปทูตฯ ได้วางพานพุ่มและเปิดกรวยกระทงดอกไม้ถวายเครื่องราชสักการะเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์ พร้อมกล่าวคำถวายพระพรชัยมงคล และนำผู้เข้าร่วมพิธีฯ จุดเทียนถวายพระพรชัยมงคล รวมทั้งร่วม ลงนามถวายพระพรชัยมงคลเพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดี

La Embajada del Reino de Tailandia en Lima organizó una ceremonia de buenos deseos para celebrar el 3 de junio de 2026, fecha del cuarto ciclo del nacimiento de Su Majestad la Reina.

El 2 de junio de 2026, el Sr. Kasem Sailuenam, Encargado de Negocios a.i. de la Embajada del Reino de Tailandia en Lima, presidió la ceremonia. El evento tuvo lugar en la Embajada del Reino de Tailandia y contó con la asistencia de funcionarios y personal de la Embajada, así como de ciudadanos tailandeses residentes en Perú.

Durante la ceremonia, el Encargado de Negocios a.i. presentó ofrendas reales ante el retrato de Su Majestad la Reina, ofreció unas palabras de felicitación y dirigió una ceremonia de encendido de velas. Los asistentes también firmaron un libro de buenos deseos en honor a Su Majestad la Reina.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Lima organize a well-wishing ceremony to celebrate the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s 4th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 3rd June 2026.

On 2 June 2026, Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Lima, presided over a well-wishing ceremony on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s 4th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 3rd June 2026. The ceremony was held at the Royal Thai Embassy and attended by officials and staff members of the Embassy as well as Thai people who resided in Peru.

During the ceremony, the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. presented royal offerings before the portrait of Her Majesty the Queen, delivered remarks offering best wishes to Her Majesty, and led the participants in a candle-lighting ceremony. The participants also signed a book of well-wishes in honour of Her Majesty the Queen.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิมา เข้าร่วมงาน “The Fourth Great International Embassy Fair” ระหว่างวันที่ 29-31 พฤษภาคม 2569 ที่เขต San Luis กรุงลิมา โดยมีนายเกษม สายลือนาม อุปทูตฯ เข้าร่วมในพิธีเปิดงานฯ ภายในงานมีสถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศ/เปรู เข้าร่วมมากกว่า 15 ประเทศ และมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานกว่า 3,000 คน ในโอกาสนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้นำการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมไปจัดแสดง ได้แก่ รำไทย (รำดอกบัว รำสายไหม และเซิ้งโปงลาง) จากสถาบัน Gopesvara Arts และการแสดงมวยไทยจากสมาพันธ์มวยไทยในเปรู ภายในงานสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมออกบูธไปจัดแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์จากประเทศไทยและประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยว การศึกษา และวัฒนธรรมไทย

La Embajada del Reino de Tailandia en Lima participó en la Cuarta Gran Feria Internacional de Embajadas, celebrada del 29 al 31 de mayo de 2026 en el distrito de San Luis. En esta ocasión, el Sr. Kasem Sailuenam, Encargado de Negocios a.i., asistió a la ceremonia de inauguración. El evento contó con la participación de más de 15 embajadas extranjeras y la asistencia de más de 3000 personas. La Embajada del Reino de Tailandia presentó espectáculos culturales, incluyendo danzas tailandesas (Danza del Loto, Danza de la Seda y Danza Pong Lang) del Instituto de Artes Gopesvara y una demostración de Muay Thai de la Federación de Muay Thai del Perú. La Embajada también instaló un stand para exhibir productos tailandeses y promover el turismo, la educación y la cultura de Tailandia.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Lima participated in “The Fourth Great International Embassy Fair” from May 29-31, 2026 in the San Luis district of Lima. On this occasion, Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d'affaires a.i., attended the opening ceremony. The event featured participation from more than 15 foreign embassies and was attended by over 3,000 people. The Royal Thai Embassy presented cultural performances including Thai dance (Lotus Dance, Silk Dance, and Pong Lang Dance) from the Gopesvara Arts Institute and Muay Thai demonstration from the Muay Thai Federation in Peru. The Embassy also organized a booth showcasing Thai products and promote Thai tourism, education, and culture.

เมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๙ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิมา ได้จัดพิธีสวดพระพุทธมนต์ถวายพระราชกุศลแด่สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ ๗ ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยมีข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เข้าร่วม

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว นายเกษม สายลือนาม อุปทูตฯ ประธานในพิธี ได้ถวายพานดอกไม้เป็นเครื่องราชสัการะ และนำข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ สวดพระพุทธมนต์ถวายพระราชกุศล เนื่องในโอกาสการประกาศยกย่องพระเกียรติคุณพระราชกรณียกิจในวาระครบ ๑๐๐ ปี

El 22 de mayo de 2026, la Embajada del Reino de Tailandia en Lima organizó una ceremonia de cánticos Budistas en honor a Su Majestad Rambhai Barni, la Reina de Su Majestad el Rey Rama VII. La ceremonia tuvo lugar en la Embajada y contó con la presencia de funcionarios y personal de la misma.

En esta ocasión, el Sr. Kasem Sailuenam, Encargado de Negocios a.i., presidió la ceremonia, depositando una ofrenda floral y dirigiendo a los funcionarios y al personal de la Embajada en cánticos para conmemorar el centenario de la proclamación mundial que honra las contribuciones reales de Su Majestad.

On 22 May 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Lima organized a Buddhist chanting ceremony in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni in His Majesty King Rama VII. The ceremony was held at the Embassy and attended by the Embassy’s officials and staff.

On this occasion, Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d’ Affaires a.i., presided over the ceremony, laying a floral tribute and leading the Embassy’s officials and staff in chanting prayers to mark the centenary of the global proclamation honoring Her Majesty’s royal contributions.

สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิมา ได้มอบเงินสนับสนุนแก่สมาพันธ์มวยไทยในเปรูเพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมและการฝึกสอนมวยไทย

เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายเกษม สายลือนาม อุปทูตฯ ได้มอบเงินอุดหนุนให้แก่นาย Rodrigo Jorquera หัวหน้าผู้ฝึกสอนจากสมาพันธ์มวยไทยในเปรู เพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมและการฝึกสอนของสมาพันธ์ฯ และเพื่อส่งเสริมกีฬามวยไทยในหมู่สาธารณชนเปรูทุกระดับ โดยสมาพันธ์ฯ ได้มีส่วนสำคัญในการร่วมกันกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เผยแพร่กีฬามวยไทยแก่สาธารณเปรูในหลายโอกาส โดยในปีที่ผ่านมาได้มีการจัดการแสดงศิลปะมวยไทยร่วมกับเทศบาล La Victoria และเทศบาล San Isidro เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-เปรู ครบ 60 ปี

El 18 de mayo de 2026, el Sr. Kasem Sailuenam, Encargado de Negocios a.i., entregó una subvención económica al Sr. Rodrigo Jorquera, Entrenador Jefe de la Federación Peruana de Muaythai. La Federación Peruana de Muaythai ha desempeñado un papel fundamental en la colaboración con la Embajada del Reino de Tailandia para promover el Muaythai entre el público peruano. El año pasado, organizó exhibiciones de Muaythai con los municipios de La Victoria y San Isidro para celebrar el 60.º aniversario de las relaciones diplomáticas entre Tailandia y Perú.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Lima provided a grant to the Peruvian Muaythai Federation

On 18 May 2026, Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d'Affaires a.i, presented a grant to Mr. Rodrigo Jorquera, Head Coach of the Peruvian Muaythai Federation. The Peruvian Muaythai Federation has played a significant role in working with the Royal Thai Embassy to promote Muaythai to the Peruvian Public. Last year, it organized Muay Thai demonstrations with the municipalities of La Victoria and San Isidro to celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Peru.
