IGP - Radio Observatorio de Jicamarca Official fanpage of the Jicamarca Radio Observatory (JRO). “At the forefront of the study of the Equatorial Geospace”

For the studies of the ecuatorial ionosphere, JRO is the a facility of the Geophysical Institute of Peru operated with support from the US National Science Foundation Cooperative Agreements through Cornell University. Its main antenna is considered the largest of all the incoherent scatter radars in the world.
