Inicia el segundo día de la Panam Sports Week! 🌎✨
“Estos espacios se crean por la capacidad que tienen las personas y no por un género en particular”.
Así lo señaló Neven Ilic, presidente de Panam Sports, al destacar el rol de las mujeres en el deporte y en la organización.
Actualmente, 14 de las 21 personas que trabajan junto a él en Panam Sports son mujeres, una representación que, como enfatizó, responde a sus capacidades, talento y compromiso demostrado cada día.
“Crecer en el deporte probablemente es más difícil para las mujeres si hacemos una comparativa de género con los hombres, pero sus grandes capacidades van más allá de ser mujeres o ser hombres”.
Porque el talento no tiene género. 💜🏆

“These spaces are created based on people’s abilities, not on any particular gender.”
That is what Neven Ilic, President of Panam Sports, said while highlighting the role of women in sport and within the organization.
Currently, 14 of the 21 people who work alongside him at Panam Sports are women, a representation that, as he emphasized, reflects their abilities, talent, and commitment demonstrated every day.
“Growing in sport is probably more difficult for women if we make a gender comparison with men, but their great abilities go beyond being women or men.”
