🇵🇪 MINISTER OF JUSTICE OF PERÚ COMMITS POLITICAL INTERFERENCE AND ADVANCES OPINION AGAINST ALEJANDRO TOLEDO.

The current Minister of Justice, José Tello, has been appearing on all television channels in Peru, giving his opinion and describing former President Alejandro Toledo as a criminal.

This action. from the entirely legal point of view, it configures a Gross Political Interference, due to the fact of advancing value judgment, taking into account that there is the Universal Law of the Presumption of Innocence, even more so, when there is no conviction that convicts the Former President Alejandro Toledo.

This would be one more proof of the Political Persecution that has been committed against former President Alejandro Toledo.

It must be taken into account that the current Minister of Justice, Jose Tello, was a lawyer for the Popular Renewal Party, a party allied with Keiko Fujimori (saw enemies of Alejandro Toledo) and his appointment as Minister of Justice would have been due to an ILLEGAL SHARING of power , to ensure the permanence of Dina Boluarte as president of Peru.

🇵🇪 MINISTRO DE JUSTICIA DEL PERÚ COMETE INTROMISIÓN POLÍTICA Y ADELANTA OPINIÓN EN CONTRA DE ALEJANDRO TOLEDO.

El actual ministro de Justicia, José Tello, se viene presentando por todos los canales de televisión del Perú, opinando y calificando de delincuente al ex presidente Alejandro Toledo.

Este accionar desde el punto de vista enteramente jurídico, configura una Grosera Intromisión Política, por el hecho de adelantar juicio de valor, teniendo en cuenta que existe el Derecho Universal de la Presunción de Inocencia, más aun, cuando no existe una sentencia condenatoria que declare culpable al expresidente Alejandro Toledo.

Esta sería una prueba más, de la Persecución Política que se viene cometiendo en contra del ex presidente AlejandroToledo.

Se debe tomar en cuenta que, el actual Ministro de Justicia, Jose Tello, fue abogado del Partido Renovación Popular, partido aliado de Keiko Fujimori (enemigos aserrimos de Alejandro Toledo) y su nombramiento como Ministro de Justicia habría obedecido a una ILEGAL REPARTIJA del poder, para asegurar la permanencia de Dina Boluarte como presidenta del Perú.

🇵🇪 SE DESCUBRE QUE FISCALES PERUANOS SE PONÍAN DE ACUERDO CON LOS COLABORADORES EFICACES.

Gracias a la agencia de noticias brasilera, The Intercept y a Ojo Publico del Perú, se llegó a descubrir audios grabados en el penal de máxima seguridad Piedras Gordas en Lima, donde se evidencia en audio, la Ilegal coordinación entre los Fiscales y el postulante a Colaborador Eficaz, Martín Belaunde Lossio.

Los Fiscales y el Colaborador, cordinaban estar alineados en sus versiones, para que finalmente pueda prosperar la imputación contra el expresidente Ollanta Humala.

Esta cuestionable practica judicial sucedió también en el Brasil, gracias a la página de investigación brasilera, The Intercept, se llegó a descubrir que el Fiscal Beltran y el Juez Moros, se ponian de acuerdo en su tesis de imputación con la clara intención de perjudicar y apresar al ex presidente Lula Da Silva.

En el caso del expresidente Alejandro Toledo, se presume que también habría sucedido lo mismo.

La fiscalía con una clara muestra de Coacción, impuso un irregular pedido de Prisión Preventiva y un inminente embargo de las cuentas de Josep Maiman.

Con dicha acción, Josep Maiman cambió de versión y responsabilizó de todas sus fechorías al presidente Alejandro Toledo con la finalidad de librarse de la carcel el, su hermana y sus allegados.

Este tipo de hechos deben ser condenables y debería de caer todo el peso de la ley para aquellos magistrados que so pretexto de la lucha anticorrupción, no les importa Atropellar Derechos y Violar el Debido Proceso.

🇵🇪 HUSBAND OF THE CURRENT PERUVIAN STATE ATTORNEY FOR THE LAVAJATO CASE, SILVANA CARRIÓN, WAS A TRUSTED ADVISOR TO FUJIMORIST CONGRESSMAN LUIS GALARRETA.

The appointment of the current state attorney for the Lavajato del Perú case, Silvana Carrión, was harshly questioned by a journalistic report revealing that her husband worked as an adviser to Congressman Fujimorista, Luis Galarreta, former president of Congress, a person fully trusted by Keiko Fujimori.

The journalistic report also reveals that Prosecutor Silvana Carrion herself placed an Advertisement from Keiko Fujimori's Popular Force Political Party as the cover photo of her official social media account.

It was also revealed that Attorney Silvana Carrión had her father as a trusted official close to the PPK government, who in turn appointed her as Attorney of the Peruvian State.

The conflict of interest is clearly shown and what was appropriate at that time was his removal, however, he remained in office until today.

🇵🇪 ESPOSO DE LA ACTUAL PROCURADORA DEL ESTADO PERUANO PARA EL CASO LAVAJATO, SILVANA CARRIÓN, FUE ASESOR DE CONFIANZA DEL CONGRESISTA FUJIMORISTA LUIS GALARRETA.

El nombramiento de la actual procuradora del estado para el caso Lavajato del Perú, Silvana Carrión, fue duramente cuestionado por un informe periodístico al revelar que su esposo laboró como asesor del Congresista Fujimorista, Luis Galarreta, ex presidente del Congreso, persona de entera confianza de Keiko Fujimori.

El informe periodístico también revela que la misma Procuradora Silvana Carrion colocó como foto de portada de su cuenta oficial de redes sociales una Publicidad del Partido Político Fuerza Popular de Keiko Fujimori.

Tambien se reveló que la Procuradora Silvana Carrión tenía a su padre como funcionario de confianza del gobierno de PPK, quien a su vez nombró como Procuradora del Estado Peruano.

El conflicto de intereses se muestra a todas luces y lo que correspondía en ese momento era su remoción, sin embargo su permanencía en el cargo continua hasta el día de hoy.

El claro nexo entre la Procuradora Silvana Carrión y el Fujimorismo de Keiko Fujimori es evidente.

Este tipo de hechos demuestran una vez más que no existe la garantía de un Juicio Justo para el expresidente Alejandro Toledo, ya que el Fujimorismo es un claro y abierto enemigo político suyo.
