Paradise Falls Waterfall and Botanical Garden

Paradise Falls Waterfall and Botanical Garden About the Tour You might not do too much lounging as the main attraction of the waterfall is definitely sliding down the entire thing into the deep pool below.

The Paradise Waterfall Tour is a guided hike through the indigenous village and jungle of Rio Oeste Arriba to the beautiful 30ft waterfall tucked into the mountains. The guided hike itself is about 3 hours round trip and guests are welcome to lounge around the huge pool of water and waterfall for as long as they want. The exhilarating free fall is something not be missed. Along the way to the wate

rfall many times you will see sloths, toucans, and poison dart frogs. After the waterfall tour tourists are then brought to the botanical garden where short explanations about the medicinal plants are given and a variety of fruits are presented to eat. The tour then raps up at the artisan cliff house where you can jump back into the water and buy some artisan goods. All proceeds for the tour go to the local indigenous community. The tour can be reserved on Bocas Island at Casa Verde Hostel or at Hostel Heike. This tour can be combined with the Oreba Chocolate Tour which is in the same indigenous community. The price is $23 per person and includes transportation from Almirante and fruit to eat. You should bring your own water and any other food you would want. For questions you can call 68151978. There are two tours during the day. Leaving from Bocas island at 9am and 1pm. There is also a very basic room for rent or camping available. Please ask before hand.
