Haya Water’s project was established with a clear objective to generate the maximum amount of treated effluent – recycled waste water – to be used to benefit society. In a desert environment with scarce natural water resources, it is imperative to maximise every water resource possible – which is why water reuse is at the very heart of Haya Water’s project in Muscat. roject is treated effluent – that is used to help sustain and create new green areas in Muscat with the opportunity for agricultural use in the future. Our project means every home and business in the Muscat Governorate area will have their existing septic tank system replaced with a modern piped waste water system – bringing health benefits to all.
