ANZASW Conference 2026 early bird tickets are now on sale!

As Aotearoa approaches the next General Election, uncertainty is unavoidable. What is certain is the impact political decisions have on the lives of the people we work alongside and on the practice of social work itself.

This conference is a space for us to ask:
❓ Who are we as a profession?
❓ What do we stand for?
❓ How do we ensure our voices are heard where it matters?

Kōtahitanga: Stand Together 🤝This isn’t about predicting outcomes—it’s about grounded values, collective strength, and speaking with integrity.

When you have lost everything, knowing that your community is supporting you brings more than just warmth! Here is a real way we can offer hope to women and children!

As winter sets in, the cold becomes more than just uncomfortable, for many women and children escaping violence, it can be overwhelming.

Women’s Refuge provides safety, support, and a fresh start for those in crisis. But when someone arrives with little more than the clothes they’re wearing, having access to warm, new clothing can make a world of difference. It’s not just about staying warm, it’s about comfort, and feeling cared for during one of the hardest times in their lives.

This winter, we’re asking for your support. Donating new, warm clothing helps ensure that every woman and child who walks through those doors feels safe, and protected from the cold.
