Winter is on its way ❄️ β€” are you prepared?

Colder weather often brings coughs, colds, flu, and flare-ups of existing conditions. Knowing your options ahead of time can make all the difference for you and your whānau.

Here are a few simple steps to stay ahead this winter:
βœ” Check your prescriptions and renew early
βœ” Book your flu vaccination
βœ” Know where to go for care β€” GP, pharmacy, or after-hours
βœ” Have a plan for managing long-term conditions

Being prepared means less stress, faster support, and better health outcomes when it matters most.

If you’re unsure where to start, we’re here to help.
πŸ’¬ Send us a message or talk to your GP about the support available to you.
