The team will then gather this information to support their efforts

We're running a survey to understand what's on the minds of Māori business owners right now. The challenges. The growth priorities. What support would actually make a difference?

The future is bright when our rangatahi are surrounded by people willing to guide, uplift and believe in them.

Today our rangatahi spent the day diving into leadership, identity, responsibility and the whakaaro behind becoming strong future leaders for our people.

Big mihi to Charles Goldsmith from Te Tari Taake and Elkan Seaga from the Service Industry Skill Board for sharing their stories, lessons and wisdom with our tauira throughout the day.

Hearing our rangatahi speak on what leadership means to them reminded us that leadership isn’t always about standing at the front. Sometimes it’s about uplifting the people beside you.
