LOST DOG REWARD

Hi my dog Teddy went missing from pourerere road yesterday afternoon, she is
a Black and Tan huntaway x bordercollie. There is a $200 reward for her safe
return, and I’m just trying to get the word out there, i was wondering if I

PICKLEBALL - the fastest growing sport in the World.....
War Memorial Hall - River Terrace - Waipukurau from 11am to 1pm every Tuesday

So what is this game with the funny name?? Its a paddle sport created for a wide range of ages, athletic abilities and fitness levels.. Played on a badminton size court and can be played outdoors or indoors. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, ideally suited to seniors who want some fun exercise and social interaction or teenagers who are not really "sporty" For those who are ex Tennis, Squash or Badminton players, Pickleball is easier on your body but can still develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game. Pickleball has many health benefits as well, such as increased mood and overall mental health, you burn calories, and fewer injuries occur due to the low-impact nature of the game. Pickleball specifically works on balance and agility, while offering the same benefits of other regular exercise such as reducing your risk of heart attack and chronic disease, toning your muscles and increasing your energy. “The best thing about Pickleball is that it provides socialization and activity at the same time.

The Basics
A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.
Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.
Played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
Played as doubles, singles and even triples.

Played at the War Memorial Hall - River Terrace - Waipukurau from 11am to 1pm every Tuesday $5 for hall hirage - all you need is some court shoes - everything else is supplied - come & have some FUN !

DONATE a gold coin (or more!) at one of the following venues:
• Vet Services HB (Takapau Rd)
• Waipawa Library
• Waipukurau Library
YOU will be given a quiz sheet which you can complete at your leisure.
SCORING
IF you wish to be included in the Mastermind competition as an individual or a team or just wish to know your score
• Return your answers to one of the above venues by the date shown on the quiz sheet, OR
• Email your answers to [email protected]
ALLOW two days for marking after the closing date.
CUMULATIVE RESULTS
• Ring 8578242 for your result, OR
• If you have emailed your answers the result will be emailed back to you

A new set of questions will be available on the Monday after the closing date of the previous round.

Winners and amount raised for the CHB SPCA will be announced early in December.
