Good Morning all. It has been brought to my attention that there are hazards in the dog park that are potentially dangerous, Particularly the orange fencing that has been in the park for several weeks. There are loose rusty wires on the waratahs and I have tried removing some so please be careful in that area and if anyone sees wires on the ground please place them on the rubbish as I would hate to see puppers with hurt tootsies. The council has been notified and a service ID number generated.

Les Dalton Dog Park in Wainuiomata will be closed as a safety measure now there are known COVID-19 cases in the Wellington area.

Hi all. Had a discussion with a Councillor and also found this on the Hutt City council page. All dogs must be on leash and this includes dog parks.
