It's been an exciting day whānau mā! Tarahaoa now feels back home at the front of the kura. We will upload some more photos soon of this historical event.

Kia ora e te whānau, bus may be delayed due to being held up at train crossing.

Kia ora e te whānau, an update on the whakahokinga o Tarahaoa, (returning of Tarahaoa to the front of the kura). Please keep your fingers and toes crossed that the weather is favourable, planets align and all involved are in agreeance that the move will begin today.
The plan is to raise and move Tarahaoa this afternoon onto the truck. Once the crane is in place, he will be moved, and craned into place tomorrow.
You are welcome to witness this historic event, all we ask is that cars are parked clear from the area and if you watch from the kura, for health & safety reasons, that you sign in at the office first and stay in the restricted area.
Exciting times whānau mā!

We have just heard due to weather Swimming Sports has been canceled 😞

05/03/2026

Kiaora e te whānau, just reminding you all about whānau hui at 5.30 today. As we shared in our last newsletter, it will be whakawhānaungatanga, outside. We will be providing a bbq, but you are welcome to bring something to share. The weather is great so we will open the pool, as long as you are prepared to supervise your tāmariki. See ya there!

We're getting close whānau! If everything goes according to plan, the move will be either next week or the following.
