Robotics showcase Open 3.15-5pm in the hall. Enter via the Basketball Court door only. I suggest coming throughout the afternoon rather than just at the start so that they can have more of a chance to explore with the equipment.

Awesome Elijah, we’re so proud of you!

Elijah Just is giving Palmy plenty to be proud of. ❤️

Today, the Palmy-born footballer scored two goals against Iran at the FIFA World Cup 2026.

These goals have put him jointly at the top of the race for the adidas Golden Boot, awarded to the tournament's top scorer.

Amazing mahi, Elijah! We couldn't be more proud. We'll be cheering on you and the rest of the All Whites for the rest of the tournament.

It was an exciting afternoon at school after an awesome opening game for the All Whites. Our Wi******er old boy, Eli Just scored two goals and the kids were ecstatic!

Wow, look at our swings. I’m acknowledging this significant piece of history for Wi******er School with a classic Facebook post and some cool photos of the friends and people who helped us bring this to life. Again, once again, I’d like to acknowledge the whole community for your contribution to fundraising towards the swings, the PTA for your focused effort and running the events, and making forever memories for our school community and then the workers, Jono Roff, Kevin Aldridge, Chonny, and Phil, other staff members, especially Maree Woods, who retired at the end of last year and donated some money specifically towards the swings as a parting gift.

We had an amazing opening ceremony yesterday morning. We replaced a champagne bottle with some coffees, and Maree Woods, alongside the oldest boy and girl and the youngest boy and girl of the school, got the first swing.

Yesterday, all classrooms got an opportunity to go out during class time to learn about the safety procedures of the swings. We will email these to you next week. Until then, happy swinging, be careful!

Interschool Cross Country 2026
We had a great afternoon at the Ashhurst Domain today. Our competitors ran a 3.5km course through the bush, paddocks and up a steep gravel hill.

Everyone gave it their best and made our kura proud.
We had some top 10 placings with Seb 4th in Y6 boys and Finn 3rd place in Y5 boys. Our Year 6 girls team came 2nd place overall too.

A big thanks to our amazing parent helpers!

Learning programmes will continue as usual in the morning and then we will celebrate with a free sausage from Team Robinson Real Estate - Jess & Ian Robinson and a movie.
