π Day 22 β Phase 6 Β· Community Day
Readiness 81 Β· Sleep 76. Shorter sleep night but the body is holding strong through Phase 6.
Morning started right β sole water, 2 litres of water, 15 minutes in the spa, 10 minutes in the sauna. Then coffee at the local cafΓ© before the day began.
Today wasn't a big walk day. Today was an admin day and a lifestyle workshop with rangatahi β sharing the kaupapa of metabolic health with young people. That's what this protocol is really about. Living it and sharing it.
Food was clean and simple. Scotch fillet on the BBQ for lunch. Steak and 6 eggs for dinner. Quality protein, natural fats, no carbs. No drama.
Tomorrow is Day 23 β 24-hour water fast. The final day of Phase 6. The body has been building toward this. It's ready.
