Manukau East Council of Social Services MECOSS is part of a Regional and National NGO organisation, which has strong connections to Government departments and policy development in New Zealand .

We are actively involved with better provision of Social Services to the people of Manukau East. In Auckland, the network includes Auckland District COSS, Franklin COSS, Kauri Trust Youth Services, Manukau East COSS, Nga Manga o Mangere, North Shore COSS, Waiheke Island COSS and Community Waitakere. Northland members are Kaitaia COSS and Whangarei COSS. NZCOSS is the national organisation for loca

l Councils of Social Services throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. The membership of local COSS includes people in local government and people working locally for central government agencies, as well as people working for not-for-profit and voluntary social service organisations.
