🚨 EVENT POSTPONED – Think Water West Coast Fire Fighters Challenge 🚨

Due to the current weather conditions and the forecast for significant rainfall, we have made the decision to postpone the Think Water West Coast Fire Fighters Challenge until further notice.

This decision has not been made lightly; however, the safety of competitors, officials, and supporters is our top priority. The very wet conditions expected would significantly impact the safe and successful running of the event.
We would like to sincerely thank Greymouth Brigade for their support and willingness to host the event, and we look forward to working with them again once new arrangements are in place.

We will be in touch in the coming weeks with a new date and hope to see as many of you there as possible when the event goes ahead.

For those who have already paid registration fees, if you would like a refund please contact [email protected]. Otherwise, your registration fee can be held over and applied to the rescheduled event.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you all for your understanding and continued support.

🚨 Competitor Update – This Saturday! 🚨

We’re looking forward to seeing you all at the Think Water West Coast Fire Fighters Challenge this weekend!

WestTurf Hockey Turf, Shakespeare Street, Greymouth

🕘 Event Schedule
• Registrations: 9:45am – 10:30am
• Competitor Briefing: 10:30am
• Challenge Starts: 11:00am

🌧️ Weather Notice
The forecast isn’t looking great at this stage, but we’re hopeful it improves. There will be limited shelter available, so please come prepared for wet or cooler conditions. You’re welcome to bring your own gazebo.

🏆 Prize Giving
Held at Greymouth Fire Station approx. 90 minutes after the event wraps up. Undress uniform (light blues) to be worn.

No experience needed, everything will be shown on the day.

If you’re already planning on coming down to watch, why not get involved? It’s a great way to be right in the mix and be part of the day.
