Arts Week continued on Wednesday with a celebration of visual and performing arts across the school.
Our annual Art Expo was open at interval and lunchtime, attracting a large number of students who took the opportunity to view the incredible artwork on display and cast their vote for their favourite artist. The exhibition showcased the creativity, skill, and dedication of our art students, with works spanning a wide range of media and themes.
At lunchtime, students were entertained by a lively TheatreSports performance, with participants demonstrating quick thinking, humour, and confidence in front of an enthusiastic audience.
The Art Expo then opened to the public from 5–7pm, welcoming whānau and community members into the school to celebrate the artistic achievements of our students. It was fantastic to see so many visitors engaging with the exhibition and supporting our young artists.
A huge thank you to our judges, Joanne Duff, Matty Rodgers, and former Visual Art student Rachael Telford, for giving their time and expertise to help select this year's prize winners.
