Today is International Firefighters' Day Whakanuia Ngā Kaipatuahi. Our Fire Fighters dedicate countless hours volunteering to keep us safe and help us in our time of need.

International Firefighters Day is a time to celebrate, thank and honour our volunteers for their contribution and the hours they sacrifice from their personal lives for our community.

Fire Hydrants!

Just a friendly reminder it is illegal to park on a fire hydrant.

In an emergency our crew do have rights to move your car.

In this instance we caught a fire fighters car parked on the hydrant 🤣😅
