Friday 19th June at 3pm Alice and Sally will hold a parents information session to cover expectations of the 2026 science and technology fair.

It is a requirement that parents attend this if their child is wishing to enter the fair.

BRIDGE REPAIRS ON CLIFDEN BLACKMOUNT ROAD

Contractors SouthRoads, will carry out repair work on the bridge over the Wairaki River on Clifden Blackmount Road.
Work on the bridge will require traffic management. Most of the time, traffic will be controlled using stop/go. However, at certain times, the bridge will be fully closed. During these closures, the bridge will reopen on the hour for 10 minutes to allow traffic to pass.

The works will take place from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, starting 29 June and continuing until 13 August.
Please allow extra travel time and follow all traffic management instructions for your safety and the safety of workers.

Some of our students have chosen to enter a project in the Southland Social Science fair this week in Invercargill held at the Working Men’s Club. The exhibit runs all week with entries from many schools all over Southland. It is open to the public for viewing! Ka Pai To Mahi!

Congratulations to our runners representing Western Southland at Waimumu, Gore, for the 2026 Southland Cross Country.

Ava, Lauren, Hadlee, Griffin, Angus D, Carter, and Finley demonstrated grit and stamina across this challenging course with some exciting finishes!
