Season's Greetings.

To allow our volunteers time to recharge and spend well-deserved quality time with their families, the Office of the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Auckland will be closed for the holiday. Our last day for this year is on December 15, 2025.

We completely understand how important your requests are, but also do note that the Auckland Consulate office is purely run by volunteers only, working tirelessly across multiple offices to complete processing your requests. We appreciate your understanding on this.

IMPORTANT: We also continue to receive an extremely high volume of requests. If we cannot attend to your query, please reach out to the Philippine Embassy in Wellington at [email protected]

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Please do not walk in. We were only sharing offices with the temporary locations. None of the regular staff in those locations will know the process for your requests.

We will post an update when the appointment system is open again in January.

ADVISORY:
The Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI) of the Philippine Embassy in Wellington will be conducting a Field Enrollment and Voting Mission in Auckland, New Zealand from 26-27 April 2025 to assist registered Overseas Filipino Voters based in the area with the following:

Enrolling in the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS)
Casting their vote using the OVCS
Answering queries regarding Overseas Voting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections

Calling all Filipino leaders and advocates in Auckland! 🇵🇭 Join us for an enriching evening at the Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) Ugnayan Series on 8 May 2024, 5-8pm. (Venue to be confirmed)

This event will be facilitated by CFO delegation from Manila to discuss new ways to ensure migrant welfare, cooperate on vital issues, and learn about the Commission's programmes (including registration and pre-departure orientation seminars).
