What happens after school? What supports and options are available to disabled people in the community? Where do you even begin?
If you have a disabled child aged 12 or over, or you've left school and are looking for something new, Transition Expo is here to help your whānau plan for the future with confidence.
Our free event brings together over 140 organisations providing information on:
• Disability supports
• University, training and further education
• Employment and social enterprise pathways
• Recreation, travel and social activities
• Financial, legal and advocacy services
• And much more!
This is your chance to meet several providers in person and help your child discover what’s possible after they finish school.
Join us on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at Auckland Netball Centre.
