The Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya (MPP) is the principal archive of books, periodicals, ephemera, including many other collections in the Nepali language established some five decades ago. Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya (MPP) was established in 1955 with the objective to collect and preserve resources in the Nepali language, as well as manuscripts, photographs, audio-visual materials and other artifacts

of national, historical and cultural significance. A non-profit making library & archive, MPP is committed to use its holdings to promote research, and spread knowledge on Nepal through publications, online presence, exhibitions and outreach.
