Thanks Namita Nepal ज्यू, आफ्नो बच्चाले मायाले लगाएको कपडाहरु फेरी पनि मायाले कसैले लगाओस् भनेर हामीलाई कपडा donate गर्नु भयो, सँग सँगै 281 Kg carbon dioxide (fashion footprints) पनि बचाउनु भयो।

लक्ष्मी महर्जन ज्यूले दुधको प्लाष्टिकबाट साँचो झुन्ड्याउने रिँगहरु, च्यातिएका कपडाबाट झोलाहरु बनाउनु हुन्छ । यसरी काम नलाग्ने सामानहरुलाई पुन: प्रयोग ल्याउन मिल्ने सामाग्री बनाउनु कस्तो राम्रो काम - वातावरण र समग्र नगरको फोहर व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग पुग्ने । उहाँले बनाएका सामानहरु किनी दिएर हामी पनि यो कामलाई प्रोत्साहन गरौँ न है ।

Our collaborative partner for the Garage Sale Event is Essel world International Montessori. The school has an earthquake-resistant prefab building, ensuring both safety and ample play space furnished with a variety of equipment.
The school values parental involvement, holding regular meetings to collaborate on their children's development.
Additionally, the school arranges health camps, prioritizing the well-being of its students.
A standout aspect is, it not only imparts knowledge but also instills values of reuse, recycling, and creativity within the students' immediate environment, while also emphasizing the crucial concept of sustainability.

We are delighted to introduce two remarkable young volunteers who are passionate about sustainability and are committed to contributing to a sustainable future. One of them is Miss Sampada Shrestha, a Dhapakhel, Lalitpur resident currently pursuing her BBA at the Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM). The other young enthusiast, studying A levels at the British College, prefers not to disclose their name. We extend our gratitude to these two young girls who spearheaded the garage sale event held on August 5th, 2023. We commend their involvement in our shared mission of fostering a more sustainable future and positively influencing our environment.
