To honor Mingma G’s extraordinary achievements—summiting all 14 peaks without oxygen, completing the Seven Summits, and skiing to the South Pole—we cordially invite you to join us for a grand welcome ceremony and celebration.

Mingma G will be welcomed at Tribhuvan International Airport at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, and then taken directly to Aranya Boutique Hotel for a press conference and meet-and-greet.

We request you to rendezvous at the following location and depart for the airport together:

Time: 08:30 AM on Friday, January 3rd, 2025

Congratulations Dawa Yangjum Sherpa on becoming first Nepali woman to climb all 14 peaks above 8000m.

A 33-year-old woman climber successfully scaled Mt Shishapangma in Tibet this morning, becoming the first Nepali female to successfully climb all 14 peaks above 8,000m.

Congratulations to Mingma G for becoming the first Nepali to climb all 14 peaks above 8000m without the use of supplementary oxygen.

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dawa Gyalzen Sherpa for successfully summiting all 14 8000m peaks.

Both of these exceptional climbers, hailing from Rolwaling, Dolakha, have made our community immensely proud. Their achievements have brought global recognition to Rolwaling and set a remarkable example for future generations.
