Mission Report – Children’s Ministry

Every Thursday we gather together with the children for a special children’s program. During this time we spend meaningful moments with them, teaching God’s Word, encouraging them, and building relationships. After the program, we also share dinner together with the children.

This time of fellowship has become a great blessing for them. Many of the children come with joyful hearts, and we are thankful to see them learning about God and growing in faith. Sharing a meal together also helps them feel loved, welcomed, and part of the church family.

We praise God for this opportunity to serve these children and invest in their lives. Please continue to pray for this ministry—that the children will grow in the knowledge of the Lord and that God will guide us as we serve them each week.

Mission in Church – Orphan Care in Nepal

The organization Mission in Church is a Christian ministry in Nepal that helps orphaned and vulnerable children by providing shelter, food, education, and spiritual care. It started in 2005 when founder David (Debi Lal) Prasain began caring for two children, and it later grew into a ministry serving many children and communities.

Heartfelt Tribute

On February 21 at 2:22 PM, our beloved father, Nanda Lal Prasai, at the age of 83, who was the pillar of our family, went to rest in the arms of the Lord during treatment at Chitwan Medical College. This irreparable loss has left us deeply saddened, and we will always miss his physical presence among us.

He was not only the foundation of the Prasai family but also a source of inspiration to society and the nation. He faithfully served as Chairman in village development for 15 years (1990–2015), dedicating his life to the progress and welfare of the community. His simplicity, honesty, sacrifice, and commitment to moral values will continue to guide us always. Though his physical absence is an immeasurable loss to us, the path he showed, the values he taught, and the legacy he left behind will forever remain alive in our hearts.

In this time of grief, we express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Prasai family and pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul. We also extend our sincere gratitude to all relatives, friends, and well-wishers who have supported us with love, sympathy, and prayers during this difficult time. We truly appreciate your continued prayers. May God grant strength and comfort to our family.
