ने वि प्रा कर्मचारी युनियन The union rights has put its strong voice in regard to anti corruption at NEA and has been able to control the corruption to some extent.

Nepal Electricity Authority Employees Union (NEA-EU), th oldest and reputed union of NEA was established in 1990 and the union is now regulated by trade union act and guided by the labour act of Nepal. With a view to protect the rights of the employees and to improve the organization as a whole: being a central trade union of NEA, having about 4000 members has played a crucial role. Though out the time, it has been frequently elected in the CBA elections and has had a key position in the struggle against racism, immoral activities, unfair policies of the government regarding public organizations and others
It was at the forefront to defend the employees and trade union rights and to discourage the unethical actions. Moreover, it has made a valuable participation in the revolutionary movement of Nepal.
