बालयौन दुव्यर्वहारबाट बच्न के गर्ने ?

*अबिभावकले आफ्ना बच्चाले आफूसंग खुलेर कुरा गर्ने सक्ने वातावरण सृजना गर्ने good touch अनि bad touch बारेमा ज्ञान दिनुपर्छ।

*अाफ्नो शरीरलाई अनावश्यक रुपमा सकेसम्म कसैलाई छुन नदिने किनभने अाफ्नो शरीरमा अाफ्नो मात्रै अधिकार हुन्छ।

*यदि कसैले छुन खोजेमा,अाफुलाई मन नपरेको प्रतिक्रिया दिने "हुँदैन" भन्ने।

*कसैले जबर्जस्ती गरेको खण्डमा भाग्ने,चिच्याएर अरुको सहयोग माग्ने,अात्मरक्षाको उपाय अपनाउने।

*यदि घटना भइसक्यो भने लुकाएर नराख्ने र कुनै जिम्मेवार व्यक्तिलाई भन्ने।

*सकेसम्म एक्लै नबस्ने।

*प्रहरीलाई खबर गर्ने।

With all that a child does in a day, it can be tricky to make sure their hands are clean. But making it habitual, and making it fun, can reinforce a positive routine that can last a lifetime. Sing, set a timer, make it a game - there’s plenty of fun to be found in handwashing!

Next year we don’t want to hear about the Oscar’s, BAFTA’s...Golden globes... Femina IIFA ..awards...don’t want to see a single actor, actress, singer, celebrity or sports person on any red carpet!!
Next year we want to see Doctors,nurses, paramedics, pharmacist, hospital admin staff, ambulance crews, cleaning staff , caterers, support workers, journalist, police ,army, grocery shop workers delivery/lorry drivers having free red carpet parties 🎉 💃🏻🕺🏻with awards and expensive goodie bags. The people keeping this world over ticking and working to fight this pandemic!

Thank you, all of you that are working hard to keep me & my family safe and allow me to have food on my table.
