As part of the International Workshop on “Human Resource Development Program in South Asia: Development of a Program to Support Economic Independence and Empowerment for Women in Nepal,” organization visits were conducted to provide opportunities for learning, interaction, and exchange of experiences with organizations working in the areas of women’s empowerment, social development, inclusion, and economic independence.
The visiting team, including the Japanese professors and workshop participants, visited PFPID and FEDO. The visits provided valuable opportunities to learn about their programs, initiatives, achievements, and contributions to women’s empowerment, social inclusion, and community development.
The interactions with the organizations were meaningful and insightful, allowing participants to exchange knowledge, experiences, and perspectives while exploring possibilities for future collaboration.
We sincerely expressed our gratitude to PFPID and FEDO for their warm hospitality, valuable time, and generous support in making the organization visits meaningful and productive.
