With the completion of our first two-year tenure, the First Executive Committee of Fluorescent Alumni Association proudly reflects on a chapter filled with commitment, collaboration, and contributions for the benefit of students.

From laying the foundation by registering the association at the CDO office as an NGO, obtaining PAN number, and establishing our official presence, to initiating impactful programs, we strived to make a difference.

Highlights of Our Journey:
-2080/05/09 – Inauguration & Felicitation Program honoring Grade 12 graduates, followed by a Panel Discussion on Career Opportunities.

-Stress Management Seminar for Grade 9 & 10 students, facilitated by resource person Ms. Suman Koirala.

-Motivational Session – “Let’s Quit Quitting” by Dr. Saugat Chapagain to inspire +2 level students.

-Entrance Exam Preparation Session for aspiring medical and engineering students, delivered by our own alumni.

This journey was possible because of the tireless efforts, unity, and dedication of our executive members, advisors, alumni, and well-wishers.

As we close this chapter and pave the way for the next, the Fluorescent Alumni Association expresses heartfelt gratitude to its founding committee, whose dedication and exemplary leadership established the association and set the foundation for a lasting legacy that continues to benefit students, alumni, and society.

Six years ago, we began a journey inspired by a vision—the establishment of the ‘Fluorescent Alumni Association’. This fire of passion was kindled with the support of the late Madhav Prasad Marahatta Sir, the founding principal of Fluorescent Secondary School, whose guidance laid the foundation for the association.

Looking back on this remarkable journey, we are filled with deep emotion and pride. What began as a simple idea has evolved into a thriving, ever-growing network of alumni, united by the bond of our shared roots.

As we move forward, we hope this community continues to grow, becoming an even stronger source of support, connection, and inspiration for all of us.

Meet our Speaker:
Dr. Saugat Chapagain, a doctor by profession, an artist at heart and an individual who strives to make a difference in the lives of the people around him.

He is an Anaesthesiologist in training at Nepal Medical College and his varied experiences in the world of music, multimedia, event management, including his exceptional skill at mentorship and the ability of reaching out to the audience when he speaks, make him a healer with a purpose that expands beyond the OR.
