About Time!!

Nepal's Health Minister Birodh Khatiwada talks about legalising Ma*****na (गाँजा) in Nepal and says, "There has already been a mutual verbal agreement between the concerned authorities for legalising ma*****na as a medicinal herb in Nepal. Now it has to be officially passed by the parliament with some amendment in the existing law to make it legal."

Instead of OBSERVING Constitution day, let's redirect our focus in IMPLEMENTING the Constitution.
>>Citizenship should be granted to all eligible Nepalis
>> Rights and Freedom incorporated in the Constitution should be afforded to all Nepalis regardless of their Caste, Ethnicity, Gender Language, Culture or Religion.
>> Amendments need to be made where the constitution is genuinely inconsistent with the sentiments of Nepali citizens.
